A man, aged in his 30s, has been arrested and charged on Tuesday morning, in connection with a fatal assault in Waterford City.

The assualt took place at St Catherine’s Grange in Waterford City on August 1st this year.

He is due to appear before Waterford District Court on Tuesday morning at 10.30am.

Investigations are ongoing.
