Man (20s) seriously injured in Kildare assault

A man in his 20s has been seriously injured in an assault in Kildare town.
The assault took place in the early hours of Sunday, October 26th.
The man was found unresponsive on McGee Terrace at around 3.15am and brought to Naas General Hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.
The scene is preserved for technical examination, and gardaí have appealed to anyone with information in relation to the incident to come forward.
Any road users who were in the area between 2am and 4am and may have video footage, including dash cam, have been asked to make their footage available to investigating gardaí.
