Two men injured following incident in Cork city

Two men have been brought to hospital following an incident in Cork city on Monday.

The incident occurred at an apartment on St Patrick’s Street in Cork city, at approximately 12 pm.

A man was conveyed to Cork University Hospital for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

A second man was conveyed to Cork University Hospital for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries after attending Bridewell Garda Station following the incident.

Gardaí are appealing to any witnesses to the incident to contact them at Anglesea Street Garda Station on 021 4522000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.

Gardaí say Investigations are ongoing.
