Two men arrested as part of investigations into organised crime and drug-related intimidation have since been charged and will appear in court on Monday.

The men, both aged in their 20s, were arrested after a number of items were seized by gardaí during searches in north Dublin, including weapons, drugs with an estimated value of €3,500, a quantity of high-end goods, and €18,000 in cash.

They are due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice on Monday.

This brings the total of those brought before the courts in the last week, as part of Operation Fógra in the DMR (Dublin Metropolitan Region) North Division, to six.

Gardaí said investigations are ongoing.
