Man (47) found dead following assault in Tipperary named locally

A 47-year-old man who died following an assault has been named locally.
Gardaí are continuing to question a woman in relation to the assault which occurred shortly after 11pm on Saturday
Panel Javorski, originally from the Czech Republic, was found unresponsive at a house on O’Callaghan’s Lane in Carrick-on-Suir. He was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services..
His body was taken to University Hospital Waterford (UHW) where a post mortem examination will be carried out.
Gardaí have now completed their technical examination of the scene.
A 24-year-old woman was arrested at the scene – she remains in custody on Monday morning. She is also understood to be from eastern Europe.
