The car they were passengers in collided with a ditch and overturned at around 11.30pm.

The driver, a male in his late teens, and three other passengers were uninjured.

The injured teenagers were brought to Tallaght University Hospital and St Vincent’s University Hospital.

The road is closed with diversions in place.

Gardaí are urging anyone who may have witnessed either crash, or who has dashcam footage from the areas at the time, to come forward.
