US President Donald Trump's announcement of 30 per cent tariffs on the European Union features on Irish front pages on Sunday.

The Business Post, Sunday Independent and Sunday Times all lead with the reaction to Trump announcing 30 per cent tariffs on the European Union, which includes Ireland, on Saturday.

The Irish Sunday Mirror lead with the death of a 12 year old girl in the River Suir in Co Tipperary on Friday.

The Irish Mail on Sunday lead with dozens of prisoners in jail for serious offences, including a killer, being temporarily freed to ease the overcrowding problem in prisons.

The Sunday World lead with the Government having paid millions to a company for asylum seeker accommodation owned by a man who the Criminal Assets Bureau have linked to the Drogheda gang feud.
