A man is due in court on Thursday morning in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in Balbriggan in Dublin.

A man in his 30s died in the incident on Railway Street on Monday night.

A man in his 40s was arrested shortly afterwards.

He has been charged and is due before court later on Thursday.
