A Dublin player has won the EuroMillions Plus top prize of €500,000 after matching all numbers in Tuesday night's draw.

The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw from Centra, North Terenure Road, Dublin 6.

The winning numbers in last night’s EuroMillions Plus draw were: 16, 20, 38, 41 and 50.

The win comes after an Irish player won a record €250 million EuroMillions jackpot last week.

Clifford's Centra on Shandon Street in Cork sold the record breaking ticket.

This was the 18th win in Ireland of the EuroMillions jackpot since it started in 2004.

The previous Irish record was a family syndicate from Naul in Co Dublin in 2019, who claimed a prize of €175.4 million.
