An operation targeting organised crime has seen cash seized and a man arrested in Dublin.

A vehicle was intercepted shortly after 4 pm on Wednesday in Cabra, while a home was also searched in the area.

€638,000 in cash was uncovered, along with a money counter and money laundering equipment.

A man in his 30s was arrested and is currently being held at a garda station in the capital.
