Gardaí have seized 39 e-bikes have been seized by gardaí in Dublin.

Officers carried out a day of action on Wednesday, targeting electric motorbikes suspected of being used in criminal activity and searched a number of locations in Tallaght and South West Dublin.

They seized bikes, helmets, and batteries worth an estimated €130,000.

A bank account with a balance of €99,000 was also frozen during under money laundering legislation.
