Woman arrested in connection with 2023 Dublin riots

A woman in her 30s has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage during the Dublin riots of November 2023.

Her arrest brings to 65 the number of people who have been questioned by gardaí in relation to the disturbances which broke out on November 23rd, 2023, after reports of a stabbing incident at a primary school in Parnell Square East.

Some €20 million worth of damage was done, and several people were injured in the disturbances.

An Garda Síochána continues to appeal to anyone with information about the events on that day, or anyone involved in organising or participating in the events, to contact the Garda investigation team at Store Street Garda Station at 01 666 8000, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
