Gardaí investigating the death of a man in Dublin in 2022 have arrested a man.

Adnan Asic was assaulted as he was walking from the Blanchardstown Centre on October 22nd three years ago.

The 60-year-old, who was originally from Bosnia, died from his injuries.

Gardaí have now launched a murder investigation, and are renewing their appeal for information in connection with the attack.

The man who was arrested on Tuesday is being held at a north Dublin Garda Station.
