The new offices were officially opened by Offaly County Council Cathaoirleach, Councillor Tony McCormack.

Today’s official opening coincides with Bretland Construction’s 25th birthday in business. Founded in 1999 by Fechin and Mary Daly, Bretland Construction is "committed to delivering quality projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors".

Deputy managing director of Bretland Construction, Coleman Yates said: "Today, we celebrate the opening of our new headquarters and the remarkable journey Bretland has taken over the past 25 years.
