Two men have been arrested after Gardaí seized a shotgun in Dublin on Saturdat morning.

Multiple armed units responded to reports of a firearm being discharged in the Vincent Street South area at 11:30am.

The men, aged in their 20s and 30s are being held at a Dublin Garda station, where they can be questioned for up to 72 hours.

Investigations are ongoing.
