Man released on bail in relation to sudden death of woman in Co Down

Detectives investigating the sudden death of a woman in Co Down have released a man on bail.

The victim, named locally as Mandy Magill, who was in her 50s, was found dead at a house in the Rosepark area of Donaghadee on Monday.

Providing an update, a PSNI spokesperson said: “A man aged in his 50s, arrested by detectives investigating the sudden death of a woman in Donaghadee on Monday, has been released on bail to allow for further police inquiries.”

Detectives have appealed to anyone who was in the Rosepark area between Sunday night and Monday morning to come forward.
