417 admitted patients are waiting for beds on Monday morning, according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation's (INMO) Trolley Watch.

306 patients are waiting in the emergency department, while 111 are in wards elsewhere in the hospital.

26 patients are waiting on beds in Cork University Hospital, down from its record high of 98 last week.

22 of these are waiting in the emergency department, while four are in wards elsewhere.

67 patients are waiting for a bed in University Hospital Limerick; 34 of these are in the emergency department.

27 patients are waiting in Sligo University Hospital - 16 in the emergency department and 11 elsewhere. 45 are waiting in University Hospital Galway, 32 of which are in the emergency department, with 13 elsewhere.

38 patients are waiting for a bed in St Vincent's University Hospital, and 23 are waiting in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
