Two men were arrested after approximately €120,000 worth of suspected cannabis was seized on Thursday in Dublin.

The seizure occurred following a search of a residential property in the Balbriggan area shortly after 8:00 am.

The two men, aged in their late 20s and early 30s, were detained for questioning at a Garda station in the Dublin region.

Both men have since been charged and are scheduled to appear before Balbriggan District Court later in July.

Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
