Appeal for witnesses after thieves use pepper spray and steal cash from business

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to come forward after the robbery of a business in Longford town.

Two men entered a building on Earl Street at about 6.45pm on Sunday and used pepper spray, before stealing cash.

They fled the scene on foot.

No injuries were reported at the time of the incident.
