Gardaí investigating suspected firearm trafficking have charged three men.

The men, aged 19, 20 and 21, were arrested on Saturday in Co Kildare as part of an intelligence-led operation.

They have been charged and are due to appear before Naas District Court on Monday morning.

Gardaí said their investigations are ongoing.
