Gardaí investigating death of man in Kildare

A man has been killed following an incident in Kilcock, Co Kildare.
Gardaí confirmed officers are at the scene of a fatal incident which took place on Thursday afternoon at a residence on School Street.
The man's body remains at the scene.
A second male has been arrested and is being detained under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at a Garda station in Kildare.
Gardaí said no further information is available at this time, but updates will be issued in due course.
