Gardaí appeal for information over theft and criminal damage in Kilkenny

Gardaí are appealing for information following a number of incidents of theft and criminal damage in Kilkenny city on Tuesday evening.

Six vehicles were broken into on the Ring Road in Springhill - a number of power tools and equipment were reported stolen.

Two nearby vehicles were also damaged.

Tools and equipment were also reported stolen from a vehicle on Callan Road in the Sugarloafhill area.

Anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in these areas on Tuesday evening is asked to contact Gardaí.
