Galway-based analytics firm Joulica to create 40 new jobs

Analytics firm Joulica has announced plans to create 40 new jobs based in Galway.

The firm said the roles will be added over the next three years across all their functions, including product development, sales and marketing, and customer success.

The additional positions will bring the company's total headcount to 70.

The company provides insights to deliver enhanced customer experiences and improve internal efficiencies, working with technology providers such as Amazon to break down data siloes and optimise customer experience.

Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Simon Coveney said there are "exciting times ahead", adding Joulica has a "well-earned reputation for service and delivery for their customers".

Mr Coveney also commended the company on its recent funding round, led by Elkstone Partners and supported by Enterprise Ireland, which he said will support their "significant growth plans and global ambition".

"We are delighted to announce this expansion, with the support of both Elkstone and Enterprise Ireland, as we strive to become the leading real time analytics solution provider," Joulica's chief executive Tony McCormack said.

"This growth will accelerate our product development roadmap, facilitate customer base and partner expansion, attract top-tier talent, and allow us to continue our mission of allowing organisations to deliver superior customer experiences fuelled by real time analytics."
