A teenage boy has been charged in connection with the fatal assault of a man in west Dublin.

Aaron Keating, who was aged in his 40s, was assaulted in Ongar on Tuesday evening.

He was taken to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown where he was later pronounced dead.

The boy was due to appear before the Children’s Court in Dublin on Friday.
