Over €130,000 worth of cannabis has been seized in County Sligo.

Gardaí and Revenue officers made the find earlier on Wednesday, as a part of an intelligence-led operation.

Six point six kilograms of herbal cannabis - with an estimated value of €132,400 - was discovered.

A 22-year-old man was arrested and brought to a garda station in County Sligo.
