The men aged in their 30s were taken to the Mater Hospital with serious injuries, while the woman driving the car was uninjured.

Two men have been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Dublin.

It happened at around 6:45pm last night on Collins Avenue.

The men aged in their 30s were taken to the Mater Hospital with serious injuries, while the woman driving the car was uninjured.

The road has since reopened and Gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
