If you're looking for a January binge-watch, look no further than the latest Harlan Coben book adaption 'Run Away'.

The pace isn't as fast as some of the other Coben-inspired miniseries, but Run Away is an engaging murder mystery.

James Nesbitt plays Simon, a financier who is tormented by his missing daughter Paige, who is missing amid an issue with drugs and an abusive boyfriend, Aaron.

Minnie Driver plays his wife, Ingrid, and their story soon becomes intertwined with another mystery.

Ruth Jones plays Elena Ravenscroft, an eccentric private investigator who isn't quite Nessa from Gavin and Stacey, but an intriguing character nonetheless.

Ravenscroft is investigating the disappearance of Henry, the son of super rich Sebastian Thorpe.

Throw in a mysterious cult called 'The Shining Truth' and a pair of for-hire assassins Ash (played by Jon Pointing) and Dee-Dee (played by Maeve Courtier-Lilley), and you have a delightful murder mystery.

The eight episodes are available on Netflix, and James Nesbitt and Ruth Jones make it worth a watch with their performances alone.
