Miley Cyrus reveals engagement to Maxx Morando

Musician Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend of four years Maxx Morando have revealed they are engaged.

Cyrus, 33, showed off her engagement ring at the Avatar: Fire and Ash premiere. 

Morando, 27, is a music producer and the drummer for the Los Angeles-based rock band Liily. He has also collaborated with Cyrus on her music.

Dan Morando confirmed the news on Threads, writing: 'Congratulations! @mileycyrus @mmaxxm', sharing several photos of the couple, along with a picture of the ring.

Cyrus provided a song called 'Dream As One' for the Avatar film and she showed off her ring in photos posted from the premiere.

Cyrus was previously married to actor Liam Hemsworth between 2018 and 2020.

She met Morando in 2021, as the pair got together on a blind date. In an interview with British Vogue, Cyrus said: "Well, it was blind for me and not really for him. I thought, 'The worst that can happen is I leave.''
