Westlife announce five concerts at Dublin's 3Arena

Westlife have announced five concerts at Dublin's 3Arena.
The homecoming residency is part of the band's 25th anniversary celebrations.
The concerts will take place from September 22nd until September 26th 2026, and follow two sold-out shows at London's Royal Albert Hall.
The announcement brings the band's total number of performances at the 3Arena to an unprecedented 74 shows, a figure unmatched by any other artist in the venue's history, according to promoters.
Over the years, Westlife have headlined multiple sold-out nights at Croke Park, the Aviva Stadium, Fitzgerald Stadium in Killarney, Pearse Stadium in Galway, Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork, and Markievicz Park in Sligo.
The global popstars have hits, including, but not exclusive to, Swear It Again, Flying Without Wings, and You Raise Me Up.
Shane Filan, Nicky Byrne and Kian Egan of Westlife said that there is "no better feeling" than coming home to Dublin.
"This city has been at the heart of our story from the very beginning, and to kick off our 25th anniversary celebrations with five nights at the 3Arena feels incredibly special. Every time we play here, the crowd’s energy is electric. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all and make more amazing memories together," they said.
Over the last 25 years, Westlife have become one of the most successful pop groups of all time, with their music having been streamed over 3 billion times globally.
They have achieved 36 number one albums worldwide, 14 UK number one singles, ranking behind only Elvis Presley and The Beatles, sold over 55 million records, surpassed one billion YouTube views and sold more than six million concert tickets around the world.
The band have performed over 200 shows since their reunion in 2019 across 30 countries.
Presale starts on Monday, October 20th, at 9am, while tickets go on general sale on Thursday, October 23rd, at 9am via Ticketmaster.ie.
Tickets are priced between €80 and €369, including booking fee, but subject to a 12.5 per cent service charge per ticket at a maximum of €10.50.
