Electric Picnic: Kylie Minogue, Calvin Harris and Noah Kahan announced as headliners

Kylie Minogue, Calvin Harris and Noah Kahan are among the headliners for this year's Electric Picnic.

The acts were announced on Friday afternoon, months later than previous festivals.

The event returns to Stradbally, Co Laois, marking its 20th anniversary, but will be held a few weeks earlier than normal, on Friday, August 16th to Sunday, August 18th.

Following the success of his album Stick Season, Noah Kahan will headline the main stage on the opening night, following a set from Gerry Cinnamon.

Saturday sees Kodaline return to EP, followed by British DJ Calvin Harris, before Raye and Kylie Minogue see revellers out on the Sunday night.

After attracting a record crowd at last year's festival, the Wolfe Tones will return, this time to the main stage.

Kasabian, Moncrieff, Damien Dempsey, Kneecap, Jazzy and Ryan McMullan are among the Irish acts performing across the weekend, as well as international names, including Tom Grennan, Dean Lewis and David Kushner.

Tickets for the 2024 event went on sale following last year's festival, quickly selling out. A small number of remaining tickets were released on Friday morning, which were snapped up ahead of the line-up reveal.
