Ed Sheeran is to visit Ireland once again, playing a gig at Dublin's 3Arena as part of his latest tour.

The 32-year-old confirmed Subtract will be released on May 5th, marking his sixth studio album.

The announcement was quickly followed by news of a short-notice European tour, spanning March and April this year.

The Dublin gig, set for Thursday, March 30th, will also feature Irish singer-songwriter Cian Ducrot.

Ducrot has been shortlisted for the RTÉ Choice Music Prize's Irish Breakthrough Artist of the Year award, in addition to his nomination for Irish Song of the Year for 'All For You'.

Tickets for the gig go on sale via Ticketmaster on Friday, March 10th at 9am.
