Aaron Brady's counsel raised concerns over the manner in which a key witness gave evidence from New York during the initial trial due to the outbreak of Covid-19

The witness is expected to give evidence at the trial of Thomas McConnell relating to the shooting of Gareth Hutch in 2016

The 39-year-old man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to assault causing harm and burglary on January 4th, 2020 at an address in Co Dublin.
