The incident happened at the junction of Arran Quay and Church Street shortly after 3pm.

Changes around the O'Connell Bridge area and the Quays came into effect on Sunday.

It is reported that the 15 men fled the quays in Dublin City Centre after people arrived with weapons.

The man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at Grafton Street on August 5th and sexual assault of four other women a week later around the quays.
