Michael Fingleton Jnr told the courts that his father is reduced to €25,000 in two personal bank accounts and has outstanding judgment debts of more than €10.7 million

The plaintiffs also claim they are fearful that Foley will return to their property, especially after they read reports about Foley's past criminal activities on the internet

The bank issued proceedings in May 2020 against all three of the Burkes claiming the property transfers were done at an undervalue and with an intention of defrauding them as creditors of Gerard and Teresa

Des Roche pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to assault causing harm to the injured party, who was renting a room in Roche's home

The court has also been asked to make several declarations that the three directors knowingly carried on the business of the company in a reckless manner and with the intent to defraud the firm’s creditors
