Sinead Sheppard’s School of Performing Arts Celebrates 20 Years of Success, Cork Opera House, 7.30pm, €28: The school marks its 20th anniversary with a big birthday bash involving dance, song, and musical theatre.

Infinity, Cork Arts Theatre, 2.30pm & 8pm, €22/18: Hannah Moscovitch’s award-winning three-hander is drawing great houses to the venue, where it runs to February 14. Directed by Julie Kelleher, it’s the tale of three very different people: a mathematician trying to solve the problem of love, plus a physicist and a musician who must work out how to make a life and family together. Matchmake Me Do, Glen Theatre, Banteer, 8pm, €15: The last chance to see this two-act comedy adapted from John B Keane’s Letters Of A Matchmaker by Terry Byrne and directed by Tadhg O’Keeffe.

Thank You For The Music, Everyman, 8pm, €38 : Smash hit tribute show to the Swedish supergroup, combining the unmistakable harmonies, colourful costumes, and the dazzling performances by an all-star cast.

Lumiere Quartet: Spring String Quartet Series 2026, Triskel Arts Centre, 1pm, €17/14: Exploring the authentic soundworld created by playing with classical bows on gut strings rather than today’s more practical steel strings.

Rebel Rebel - David Bowie Experience, Cyprus Avenue, 7pm, €20: Six-piece tribute band, faithfully recreating Bowie’s extensive catalogue.

Cormac O Caoimh & Ultan Conlon, Sea Church, Ballycotton, 8pm, €20, €116 with dinner: Cormac is renowned for his intimate vocals, magical melodies and exquisite guitar playing, and Ultan is a fine singer-songwriter.

Two Time Polka, Crane Lane Theatre, 11.30pm: The award-winning Irish group play a fiery mixture of Cajun, Bluegrass and rock ’n roll music.
