Weekend TV sport: Munster kick off URC season

Munster kick off their 2025-26 United Rugby Championship campaign today, and their game away to Scarlets is on Premier Sports at 5.30pm.

The final two days of the Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black in New York are live on Sky today and tomorrow. The foursomes and fourballs take place, while the epic singles day is tomorrow, with all 12 players from the U.S and Europe facing off.

In soccer, Cork City’s Sports Direct Men’s FAI Cup semi-final next Friday against St Pats is live on RTÉ2 at 7.30pm

The live Premier League action kicks off with Brentford v Manchester United on TNT Sports today at 12.30pm, followed by Crystal Palace v Liverpool on Premier Sports at 3pm. Nottingham Forest v Sunderland is on Sky at 5.30pm today, with Tottenham v Wolves at 8pm.

The Sky double bill tomorrow is Aston Villa v Fulham at 2pm, and Newcastle United v Arsenal at 4.30pm. The channel’s Monday night match at 8pm is Everton v West Ham.

Stand-out Champions League games next week include Chelsea v Benfica, and Galatasaray v Liverpool on Tuesday at 8pm, and Arsenal v Olympiacos and Monaco v Manchester City on Wednesday at 8pm. All are live on TNT Sports.
