Roald Dahl’s Little Red Riding Hood And The Wolf, Cork Arts Theatre, 3pm & 6pm: Thirteen fabulous young actors aged 9-14 years from all over Cork, alongside a live mini orchestra, perform this family favourite. Tickets €15.

The Beacon by Nancy Harris, The Eveyrman, 7.30pm: The play follows a celebrated feminist artist renovating a house on an island in West Cork, whose ex-husband died in mysterious circumstances a decade earlier. Tickets €25.

The Henry Girls, Camus Farm, Clonakilty, 4pm: Karen, Lorna and Joleen McLaughlin’s three-part harmonies are matched by soulful musicianship across a range of instruments including harp, viola, mandolin, fiddle, and piano. Tickets €30.

80s & 90s Club Night, Kinsale, Lord Kingsale, 8pm: The Lord Kingsale is opening its event venue especially for this fundraiser in aid of the new community gym at Saile. DJ Seamus and MC AJ will be spinning dance-floor-tastic tunes. Tickets €28.

Soul Driven, Coughlan’s Bar, 10pm: Seven- piece groove masters Soul Driven play hard-hitting, brass-infused mixture of soul, funk, jazz and blues. Tickets FREE.

Ralf Gum, Cyrpus Avenue, 11pm: An electrifying night of soulful grooves and classic tracks from a 25-year veteran as DJ Ralf makes his Irish debut.

Gardening Club, Stonewall Gardens, Carrigaline, 9am: For seasoned gardeners, or those just starting out, this is the ideal opportunity to get your hands dirty and learn new tricks. Tickets €12.50.

Paws & Pilates, Kove Studios Douglas, 10am: A playful morning of mindful movement in collaboration with Active With Ais and the Irish Guide Dogs. Tickets €40.

Old Quarter Sessions, The Carraig Centre, Ballicollig, 7.30pm: A new quarterly event raising funds for Al Ahli Hospital in Gaza City, and creating space for community, creativity, and connection. Tickets €6.

Tommy Tiernan – Tommedian, Live at the Marquee, 8pm: The well-loved funnyman takes to the stage for two nights. Tickets €50.

Alice Crowley Inchydoney Summer Swim 2025, Inchydoney Beach, 9am: In aid of Courtmacsherry RNLI and the Inchydoney Inshore Rescue Boat. Tickets €30.

Movement Workshop with Inma Pavon, Scoil Cholmcille, 2pm: Start with gentle breathing and movement exercises and follow on with a series of improvisation movement techniques in which students explore body space. Tickets €17.

Live Aid At 40: When Rock ‘n’ Roll Took On The World, BBC2, 9pm: Three-part documentary marking the 40th anniversary of Live Aid on July 13.
