Steven Sherlock's nine-point haul fires him top of Premier Senior FC scoring charts

The quarter-finals have come and gone, and after scoring nine against Carbery in the Premier Senior Football Championship, Steven Sherlock has climbed to the top of the scoring charts, ahead of fellow Cork shooter Brian Hurley, who moves up to second.

Nemo’s Ross Corkery has reached third after his display against Castlehaven, displacing Avondhu’s Mark Lenahan from the top three.

Lenahan still remains atop the from-play chart though, Lenahan’s 3-14 keeping him two points ahead of Sherlock for now, and four ahead of third-placed Ben Twomey.

Kanturk’s Grantas Bucinskas leads the way at Senior A, with 4-18 in total. It puts him four points clear of Cill na Martra’s Shane Ó Duinnín, while Darragh O’Sullivan of Kilshannig, Éire Óg’s Daniel Goulding and Carbery Rangers forward Daragh Hayes share third.

Bucinskas moves top of the from-play chart too, while Hayes falls to second, with Ó Duinnín rounding out the top three.

As a result of Uibh Laoire's bye into the semi-finals, Fintan Fenner has moved ahead of Chris Óg Jones to go top of the Premier Intermediate scoring, but Jones only needs four points in the semi-final to reclaim top spot.

He’s still comfortably clear in the from-play table though, with a six-point lead over Naomh Abán’s Dónal Ó Ceallaigh, while Fermoy’s Ben Twomey sits a further two points back, level in third with Ó Ceallaigh’s clubmate Ed Ó Mír.
