Cork manager John Cleary has made no changes for his side’s Allianz Division 2 Football League final against Meath.

The decider takes place on Sunday in Croke Park with throw-in at 1.45pm as the Rebels chase silverware.

Seán Meehan started instead of the injured Seán Brady last weekend and keeps his place. The Kiskeam defender has done very well this season most notably against Meath last month at Páirc Uí Rinn.

Cork won that day in what was a cracking game as it finished 1-23 to 1-21.

There’s a spring in everyone’s step this week on Leeside after earning promotion last Sunday away to Tyrone.

That 0-22 to 0-19 victory was fully deserved, sparking great celebrations afterwards.

It is as you were regarding the starting team, which is no surprise. There is a change on the bench, Bryan Hayes of Nemo Rangers makes way for Eoghan McSweeney.

The challenge for Cork now is to lift major silverware despite the quick turnaround from the taxing encounter with Tyrone.

The Rebels are looking for their first win at GAA HQ since the Division 1 semi-final triumph against Donegal in 2015.
