The Reardens All-Stars awards night marked its 15th staging on Sunday, January 4, once again bringing together the standout performers from ladies’ football, camogie, hurling and football across the club season.
Long established as one of the key fixtures in the Cork club GAA calendar, the occasion offered a fitting full stop to another long year, recognising excellence across both codes and delivering an enjoyable evening for players, families and clubs alike.
Sisters Meabh, Grainne and Orlaith Cahalane made up three of St Finbarr’s seven camogie All-Star recipients, following a stellar campaign that only concluded the day before the ceremony, with heartbreak in an All-Ireland final replay defeat to Athenry.

Meabh and Orlaith Cahalane, however, doubled up on the night, the only players to do so across the codes. In addition to their camogie recognition with the Barrs, both collected ladies football All-Stars for their role with Éire Óg, as the Ovens club captured the county title, overcoming Aghada after a replay to avenge last season’s defeat.
Aghada and Éire Óg combined for 10 of the 15 ladies football winners, while St Val’s, Mourneabbey and Glanmire also had representation on the evening.

In hurling, Conor Lehane stood alone in achieving back-to-back Reardens All-Star honours in 2025, the Midleton forward collecting his third award since 2021. He was joined by clubmates Mikey Finn, a first-time recipient, and Eoin Moloney, who claimed his second.
County champions Sarsfields had six winners on the night, Ben Graham, Conor O’Sullivan, Bryan Murphy, Cian Darcy, Jack O’Connor and James Sweeney, while Jack Callaghan’s inclusion gave Charleville their third All-Star award in as many years.
St Finbarr’s, football county champions, matched Sarsfields’ tally of six – with a blend of debut and repeat winners – as goalkeeper Darragh Newman picked up his first, while Steven Sherlock was there to receive a fifth consecutive Reardens All-Star on Sunday.
