The second week of the Sciath Na Scol finals began on Monday with five more finals down for decision.  There will be further finals today, Tuesday and tomorrow Wednesday.

Watergrasshill NS 5-8

Berrings NS 1-3

A brilliant second-half performance was key to Watergrasshill's victory over Berrings in the Urban C2 Allianz Eamonn Ryan Memorial Cup camogie final on Monday at Supervalu Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

After an entertaining first half and a superb game of camogie the sides were level at the break 1-3 a piece.

Huge celebration followed as Watergrasshill lifted the cup on behalf of their former principal Eamonn Ryan, whom the cup final was named after. Well done to both sides on a great game of camogie.

Scorers for Watergrasshill: S Galvin 2-5, N Bowe 2-2, C Barry 1-0, E Fahey 0-1.

Berrings: L Scroope 1-0, E O'Mahony 0-3.

Glenville 5-12

Scoil an Chroi Naofa, Blarney 0-3

An incredible overall team performance from Glenville ensured they claimed the Allianz DH6 hurling title with a win over Scoil an Chroi Naofa.

It was one of the best performances from a team I have seen at Sciath na Scol as Glenville were superb all over the pitch and while it was an excellent team performance, a special mention to Conan O'Mahony and Mark Foley who linked up excellently.

Well done to Glenville on a superb performance and credit to Blarney who battled hard throughout.

Scorers for Glenville: M Foley 3-6, C O'Mahony 2-2, M Roche 0-2, X Mannion and R Cahill 0-1 each.

Scoil an Chroi Naofa: G Forrest 0-2, J Hassett 0-1.

Ballinadee NS 2-5

Conna NS 1-8

A last minute point from Paddy Coakley gave Ballinadee a well-deserved draw against Conna in the Allianz H5 hurling final at Supervalu Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

It was a superb game of hurling from both sides and while it looked as if Conna had snatched the win with time up, credit to Ballinadee who battled hard and in added time, Paddy Coakley scored a superb long range point to bring the sides level in which I thought was a fair result in the end.

When it looked as if Conna may have done it, Paddy Coakley bravely shot from long range and enjoyed as he watched his effort sail over the bar much to the delight of their huge support.

A well deserved draw for both sides who played a great game of hurling.

Scorers for Ballinadee: P Coakley 1-3, J O'Donoghue 1-2.

Conna: A Keane 1-7, S O'Keeffe 0-1.

Aghabullogue 6-11

Cloghduv 3-4

Aghabullogue NS proved too strong for Cloughduv as they claimed the Allianz H5 title on Monday at Supervalu Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

Aghabullogue had a huge lead at the break, 3-4 to 0-1.

Ben O'Riordan was immense in this half as he scored 1-3.

Lauren Kelleher was solid in defence for Aghabullogue and while both teams battled hard right until the end, Aghabullogue proved a little too strong and in particular their first half performance was enough to seal the win much to the joy of their huge support.

Well done to both teams on a sporting game.

Scorers for Aghabullogue: E O'Riordan 3-0, B O'Riordan 2-7, J Ronan 1-0, W Galvin 0-4.

Cloghduv: J Kelly 1-1, C Keane and N Barrett 1-0 each, R O'Sullivan, E Kiely and D Torrance 0-1.
