Made a crisp first-half save to deny Sam O'Farrell a goal and was alert to any second-half threats.
Pinged his puck-outs with precision from the off and refused to go short too often just because of the extra man.
Didn't put a foot wrong. Won the majority of the 50-50 deliveries and snuffed out John McGrath's goal threat.
Strong in the air. Picked up a yellow card in a period when there was a series of soft frees given but had a powerful last quarter
Involved with Darragh McCarthy in the opening seconds which led to the red card. Ended up marking Jake Morris, who was Tipp's biggest threat, for long spells. Showed well until the final whistle.
Mopped up whatever was sent his way in the first half and upped the gears in the second period, especially when Cork went flat. Set up 1-2, fouled for two converted frees as well.
Tipping along well, picking up plenty of breaks around the D, before he shipped a very heavy tackle and was forced off after 19 minutes.
Initially tagged Morris after the dismissal of McCarthy but redeployed as the sweeper. Made for that role of course.
Blistering run and finish for the goal and set up Horgan's with an angled crossfield delivery. Not as impactful in the second half.
Put in a fine shift again until he made way for Luke Meade.
Started like a train with two early points and had 0-3 by the break, before ending up with 1-6, including two monster frees, and the official RTÉ Man of the Match.
Skill, size, pace, keeps the best of centre-backs occupied and was no different here, getting in behind to set up the third goal. Clipped over two great points and a puck-out option all through.
SEAMUS HARNEDY: Wasn't heavily involved in Ennis but fully justified his selection again with a clever display, full of running into space.
Contributed 0-5 from play and was a leader when the game got messy in the second half. Still has it.
Nine championship goals to his name now, and five of them have been against Tipp. Perhaps over-elaborated on occasions and couldn't get the sliotar in his paws in the second half.
Had a couple of points on the board at the break when his ball-winning between the 20- and 45-metre lines was incredible and his pass for the opening goal was sublime. Quieter second half but that was how the game panned out.
Oozes class. Thriving as a foil for Hayes and Connolly had 1-2 from play and a couple of assists in the first half. Actually, flashed a wide after his best bit of skill, pulling the sliotar from the key on his hurley.
Brought on early when Downey was forced off. Fit in seamlessly, as had had in Cusack Park.
Collected plenty of possession after replacing Twomey and kept Cork ticking over neatly at midfield.
Very lively and unselfish after his introduction.
Great to see him back after his injury issues. Nabbed 0-2 and was in the thick of the action.
Again, slotted in without any fuss and nailed a point for good measure.
