Adam said: ‘I am happy to be back studying Business Information Systems at Cork University Business School full-time. I took time off college to focus on qualifying a boat for the Paris Olympics. Unfortunately, this wasn’t successful, but I have benefited from the intense training as I have never been fitter or stronger. Despite the disappointment of not qualifying for the Paris Olympics, winning the U23 World medal and the Irish Indoor Rowing Championships has been an inspiring few months. My goals are to progress my studies in BIS at CUBS and ultimately try to qualify a boat and compete at the Next Olympics in Los Angeles.’
