GER Manley has been appointed as the new Cork camogie manager, following the departure of Matthew Twomey after this year's All-Ireland winning campaign.
Manley, who was involved as a coach with Twomey this season, will be given a two-year term with an option to extend and ratified at the next board meeting.
A statement from the Cork County Board also confirmed that Liam Cronin will also continue as the coach in the new set-up.

The board explained: "Ger comes with a wealth of knowledge as a distinguished player, coach and manager having worked with various teams at club and inter-county level. This includes camogie and hurling club teams in Cork, Waterford, Kerry, Laois and Tipperary. He was involved with the Cork minors between 2007 and 2009.
"He was a coach on Matthew Twomey’s backroom team that claimed the O’Duffy Cup in August. He will be joined by coach Liam Cronin. The Limerick native was instrumental in Cork winning their 29th All-Ireland senior title in 2023.
"The Cork Camogie Board would like to wish Ger and his management team the very best of luck. They would also like to acknowledge the great work done by Matthew Twomey."
