Cork man accused of recording 'partially undressed' women in Dublin Airport toilets
The man is accused of recording partially undressed females in a toilet area of Dublin Airport last year.
A book of evidence has been served today on a 31-year-old Cork man accused of recording partially undressed females in a toilet area of Dublin Airport last year.
Garda Denis Callanan charged Eric O’Neill of Delford Drive, Rochestown Road, with a single count in relation to the alleged offence and this week in court he was served with a book of evidence.
On the application of Sergeant Gearóid Davis at Cork District Court, Judge David Waters sent the case forward to the next sessions of Cork Circuit Criminal Court commencing on October 27. The defendant was represented by solicitor Shane Collins-Daly.
The charge against him states that on April 19 2025 at Dublin Airport, he did engage in offensive conduct of a sexual nature, namely the recording of females in a partially undressed state within the confines of the ladies bathroom/toilets within Dublin Airport, contrary to the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 2017.
