Directions from the DPP are awaited in the case against a man accused of dealing cocaine and Alprazolam tables in Sunday’s Well.
32-year-old Seán Keogh, whose address is a flat at 166 Sunday’s Well Road, appeared before Cork District Court.
Judge David Waters adjourned the case against him until October 20 at Cork District Court to allow time for DPP directions.
It is alleged that he was caught with €2,000 worth of cocaine and 130 Alprazolam tablets at his home on February 17 for sale or supply.
Arising out of the alleged seizure, he is charged with two counts of drug possession, and two counts of possession for sale or supply to others.
