Cork Lotto player matches five numbers and bonus to win over €45k

A Lotto player in Cork has won over €45,000 in last night’s draw after matching five numbers and the bonus.
The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw, 26 September from Al’s Simply Good Food, Unit F, Market Green Shopping Centre in Midleton.
The winning numbers in the draw were: 6, 13, 14, 22, 36, 42 and the Bonus was 18.
National Lottery spokesperson Darragh O’Dwyer said: “What a fantastic weekend surprise for a Lotto player in Co Cork who is now set to collect €45,441 after matching five numbers and the bonus in Saturday night’s draw.
“We are encouraging all of our players who purchased a Quick Pick ticket at Al’s Simply Good Food in the Market Green Shopping Centre in Midleton to check their tickets carefully today.”
The Cork ticketholder is advised to sign the back of their ticket and contact the National Lottery Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie.
Arrangements will then be made for them to collect their prize at Lottery Headquarters.
Meanwhile, as there was no winner of the €4,391,042 jackpot on offer in last night’s Lotto draw, Monday’s jackpot is now set to roll towards an estimated €4.5m.
