Paws, pedigrees and prizes coming to Blarney
A previous winner at the Cork Cat Show in Blarney.
Cat lovers are in for a treat on Sunday next, September 13, when the annual Cork Cat Show will take place at Scoil Mhuire Gan Smál, Blarney.
The show will be open from 12.30 to 4pm for everyone to admire all things feline.
Visitors will see a wide variety of breeds like Maine Coons and British Shorthairs as well as your favourite household pets.
The cats will be judged by UK and Irish judges who carefully assess each cat, leading to the much-coveted Best In Show title.
A spokesperson said: “As well as the cats, there is the annual Tombola, so come along and enjoy an afternoon of fabulous felines, friendly competition, and plenty of purrs!”
