Circus Extreme to 'Rock it Out' with new show in Cork

Ireland has been selected to host the exclusive launch of Circus Extreme’s production ROCK IT OUT!, with shows in Cork and Dublin.

The travelling show will return to Cork for the first time since 2022, with two daily performances and three on Sunday from August 28 to September 13 at the Curraheen Showgrounds.

Each show will feature a live rock band along with a fusion of modern and contemporary circus styles including stunts, clowns, and other performers in a two-hour performance for audiences of all ages.

A spokesperson said Ireland has been chosen to launch the new show as it the country is known for its “deep-rooted passion for live music and adrenaline-fuelled entertainment”.

“Ireland provides the perfect stage to debut this high-energy, multi-sensory extravaganza,” they said.

Tickets range from €10 to €38, with concessions for under 16s, students or over 60s.
