Teenager hospitalised following serious assault in Cork city
The teenager was removed from the scene and was taken to Cork University Hospital (CUH) for medical treatment.
A teenager has been taken to hospital for medical treatment following an assault in Cork city on Sunday night.
Gardaí and emergency services were called to the scene of the incident in Blackpool shortly after 9.15pm on Sunday.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána told that a male teenager was removed from the scene and was taken to Cork University Hospital (CUH) for treatment of injuries that are believed to be non-life threatening at this time.
“Investigations ongoing,” the spokesperson added.
